We're proud to build alongside the City of Memphis’s push for more affordable housing. Through programs like the CRA Essential Housing Program and MI‑PILOT, we partner with local lenders and city agencies to put quality homes within reach of the families and neighborhoods that need them most.

Gr8ful Builders is developing a duplex property in North Memphis through the Memphis & Shelby County CRA Essential Housing Program, with construction financing from Paragon Bank. The property, 645 Leath St, has been awarded, with property-tax abatement pursued through the City of Memphis MI‑PILOT program.
